Return Policy
At Peace & Grind, we are committed to your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our planners. If, for any reason, you encounter an issue with your planner, please follow our return policy guidelines outlined below:
Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable. If you have trouble downloading your file please send us a message at business@peaceandgrindwb.com.
Printed Planners
Contact within 48 Hours
Please inspect your planner upon delivery. If you identify any issues, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

Planners must be returned in the condition they were received, undamaged, and unused.

Planners with any signs of writing, marking, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

Timeframe:

Planners must be shipped back within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process:

Our customer service team will reach out to confirm your return authorization. Pictures of issues will be requested if damage is reported.

Once the return is authorized, carefully package the planner in its original packaging. Print the return label (if provided) Ship the planner back to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund/Exchange:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned planner, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or, if preferred, provide an exchange for a new planner.
Shipping Costs:
Unless the product is defective or damaged at the fault of Peace & Grind- the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is defective or damaged at the fault of Peace & Grind- We will send a pre-paid return shipping label.
