Cancellation Policy
The client is expected to respond in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule. Clients may receive questions or requests for information- please respond within 48 hours of receiving it. If you need longer please communicate that. A reminder will be sent 72 hours from the original request. If the client fails to provide necessary information in a timely manner then that will delay the completion of your project. In respect for your time and mine please reply as soon as possible. The client is expected to complete a project check-in survey. A link will be sent for the client to review the project's current status and request feedback. The client must complete it within 5 days. Upon completion of the form- the next payment is due before the project can proceed. If responses aren't received within 14 business days- the client will be expected to pay a $100 fee to resume the project.
