Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule per booking. If notice is given less than 24 hours before your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. If you provide notice before the 24-hour window, you may reschedule or cancel for a service credit (valid toward a future session), but no refunds will be provided.
